Adrienne has been in the health and wellness profession for 22 years. She received her AFAA group fitness certification in the beautiful, cold state of Fairbanks, Alaska, where she moved with her husband shortly after they were married for their first duty station with the US Army. (Beat Navy!)
Adrienne
After a few moves later their first son was born in 2003 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky; she earned her ACE certification in personal training shortly after to allow her to be a full time mom and train clients part time. While Adrienne and her family lived in Cape Coral, Florida and her second son was born she opened up a business that created workouts for moms to accommodate stroller wokouts. A few moves later to include Chapel Hill, North Carolina she and her family have laid roots north of Atlanta, Georgia. Her most recent certification is a 200 hour RYT yoga teacher training in 2018. In Adrienne’s spare time you’ll most likely see her on the sidelines of the lacrosse or football field cheering (LOUDLY) for her two sons. Adrienne’s approach to fitness is “Let’s have fun while we work” and “check the box together”. Her knowledge of the human body and fitness pair well together to create safe, engaging, and fun experiences that’ll make you wanna keep coming back for more.
